Roorkee College of Engineering, Roorkee (RCE) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SIDCUL Manufacturer’s Association, UTTARAKHAND, (The state industrial development corporation of Uttarakhand Limited, which is an Enterprise of govt. of Uttarakhand) for promoting and reinforcing cooperation, joint collaborative work in R&D projects, curriculum development, internships and placements, infrastructure development, improvement of research and academic programs and also exchange of experts and researchers.

Bhagawanpur Industries Association was constituted in the year 2006. It was the time when Uttarakhand was trying to establish itself on the Industrial map of India and the Government of Uttarakhand was inviting Industries to put up their establishments here. The Govt. established SIDCUL and other industrial estates and also declared private lands eligible for setting up Industries.

RCE associated with Tarang Kinetics (P) LTD for last many years & has been very useful in term of providing learning environment to the students and also for the faculties. Having the day to day interaction with officials to clarify & to understand the alignment of academic & industry & to prepare the students exactly to the level of requirement of employability. The company is providing an outstanding co-operation to up skill the students by providing them Industrial Visit and Internship etc.
