Training & Placement Wing of every college is considered to be the most action-packed department always busy and striving to bring in more and more job opportunities for its students. Well, we need to understand that all the opportunities are rife with their own challenges. In fact, challenges breed opportunities; and all that we are supposed to do is to be always ready to give our best performance with alacrity, creativity, innovative approach, knowledge, and positive attitude.
To accomplish the goals of cent percent placement, RCE is creating and disseminating knowledge and providing students a unique learning experience in science and technology imbibing all the associated management skills and other areas of learning that will best serve the world for the betterment of mankind.
Our students are garnering strong knowledge base and touching paramount heights of success by moving up through national and international alliances and collaborative initiatives to achieve global excellence. T&P Cell adopts integrated approach by involving other departments of the college, and even by hiring expertise and resources from outside to provide RCEians an ideal platform to get advanced knowledge in a rigorous academic and research environment. The whole training and learning programmeme is enriched to motivate and reinforce our disciples in a rewarding and inspiring environment by fostering freedom, empowerment, creativity, and innovation. The cell also apprises the students with various carrier opportunities potentially available to them in different areas such as Public Sector, Armed forces and Government Sector services by conducting guest lecture regularly.

Profile (Ms. Neha Kaul)
While pursuing her M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Ms. Neha Kaul developed her interest in helping undergraduate students in their endeavours to seek decent jobs. The support extended by her included guiding the students to prepare their CVs, writing effective covering letters, and selecting good companies. Quickly, the students started to converge around her to seek guidance about soft skills, professional etiquettes, group discussions, and practice sessions to crack the personal interviews. Being a technocrat herself having accumulated management experience, she was able to provide the students all the practical support for getting decent jobs. Very soon she devoted herself full time for placement activities and made rapid progress to the level of Chief Executive Officer, RCE. Credit goes to her for maintaining very strong liaison with the corporate world and industries, and for signing various MOUs and tie-ups that result in better placement opportunities for RCEians.
Her interest in research and higher studies motivated her to go for Ph. D. in Computer Science and her research work is in the advanced stage now, nearing submission for the award of Ph. D.
